We appreciate that digital jobs often require a very quick turnaround. We are pleased to offer you a choice of the following services:-
Whilst we are happy to offer the same-day or even a while-you-wait service (we'll even throw in a cup of coffee!) there is a 25% surcharge on these orders for disruptions to our production schedule.
Express orders come with just a 10% surcharge and are guaranteed within 3 working days.
Our standard service, which is still far superior to many other print suppliers, carries no surcharges and guarantees the job within five working days.
Digital Printing - The Benefits
Speed
Digital print offer an extremely quick service reducing he production from days to minutes on small to medium print runs. The vast majority of digital files can straight to press, with virtually no pre-print setup costs, allowing us to alternate between jobs with minimum down-time and providing you, the customer, with a quicker and more cost effective service. Suffolk Digital appreciates that their clients often require a rapid print service and where possible offers a while-you-wait service for certain jobs.
Versatility
This is where digital printing gets clever! Offering the consumer a much more flexible and customised
service. The ability to synchronise variable data allows printed material to be personalised so that
every sheet is customised to individual customers. The ability to adjust your company message,
prices or even customers´ contact details in the case of direct mailing, offers a much more
competitive service at very little extra cost.
Quality
With print quality that now matches conventional printing processes our
customers can now confidently use full colour digital print to produce extremely
professional promotional material. At Suffolk Digital we are keen to offer
customers the wide selection of paper and card stocks available to our
lithographic print customers and are always happy to talk through the
variety of paper options available. Whether you want a gloss, matt, silk,
uncoated or environmentally friendly finish we´re confident that we can
find the right paper for you and are more than willing to print samples
across a variety of different papers.
Cost
The ability to print-on-demand and avoid the costs associated with
printing plate changes and set-up charges allows digital printing to be
more cost-effective on short to medium print runs (between 50 to 4000
copies depending on size). As a consequence customers can now order
quantities which they are sure will be used, knowing that the cost of reordering
is minimal in comparison to wasting boxes of outdated print.
Delivery & Payment Options
At Suffolk Offset we pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and being conveniently located near Felixstowe, Ipswich and Woodbridge we welcome customers to call in either to collect their order or simply to wait for it to be printed. We are happy however to offer a free delivery service within a 15 mile radius and for deliveries outside of that radius we are pleased to arrange for your print to be couriered to you using TNT's Express Next Day Service. This highly reliable service can be arranged at a cost of £12.50.
